project overview
In the final analysis, the organic pollution of livestock farms is the pollution of livestock manure. At the same time, manure is rich in pollutants such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and sulfur. Animal manure is rotten and fermented, and it will produce odors such as H2S and NH3. If management is poor, high concentration organic wastewater is discharged into the water body through rainwater, etc., which will cause the water body to stink.
Source of pollution
养鸭废水的来源主要是鸭子在水体中活动的排泄、陆面上鸭粪的冲洗水,以及鸭舍的冲洗废水等。
养鸭废水相对于其他养殖畜牧废水来说,陆上多采干清粪工艺,并且排泄量小,使得养鸭废水水量相对较少,水质污染相对较小,污染负荷的来源主要是水体排泄。
Processing technology
养鸭场主要采取干清粪,因此废水水质污染程度较轻,干清粪为固体,宜采取的处理方式为好氧堆肥处理,处理后的粪便可以回收利用,供肥料厂或饲料厂进行加工处理。养鸭废水处理的成本不仅受水量的影响,还受污染程度、处理程度等控制,好氧堆肥回收利用可以对鸭粪进行无害化、减量化、资源化,既可以提高经济效益,又能减少环境污染,减少进入废水的污染负荷,从而减低废水处理的成本。
剩余的污染物质只能通过废水处理工艺进行处理,从资源回收考虑,采用厌氧消化工艺可产生沼气,沼气可作为能源利用,可以建立厌氧发酵-沼气能源利用,实现物质能源循环利用。可以供民用照明、采暖等,厌氧-般采用中温处理 ,产性的沼气还能减少污水站加热的运行成本。
从废水净化的角度考虑,废水处理达标排放是我们的目的,经过厌氧发酵的废水还含有大量的氮、磷、有机物等污染物,应经过一系列的处理序,如缺氧-好氧、化学氧化、沉淀、深度处理、自然处理等,可以根据净化程度选择合适的处理工序,终达到完成净化可排放的目标。
